Skyline Properties is a Guyana-first real estate platform. We help people find verified rentals and properties for sale, and help owners and agents list their properties for free — without the noise of scattered Facebook groups and WhatsApp forwards.
Why we exist
Finding a house to rent or buy in Guyana usually means scrolling through dozens of Facebook groups, half of them with outdated posts, duplicate listings, and the occasional scam. Skyline Properties puts every listing in one searchable place — filterable by area, price, bedrooms, and the things that actually matter here, like generator access and water tank availability.
How it works
Owners can list up to two active properties for free. Agents and businesses handling more volume can apply for an agent account, which unlocks unlimited listings and a public profile page. Every listing connects seekers directly to the owner or agent via WhatsApp — we don't sit in the middle of the transaction, and seekers never pay us anything.
Where we're focused
We're concentrated on Georgetown and the East Bank/East Coast corridor to start, with coverage expanding as more owners and agents list. If your area isn't well represented yet, that's exactly why we built the free owner tier — the fastest way to grow coverage is for real owners to list their own properties.
