What we are

Skyline Properties is a listings marketplace. We connect people looking for property with owners and agents who have listings — we are not a party to any rental or sale agreement, we don't hold funds, and we don't verify title or legal ownership of any property listed.

Listing accurately

If you list a property, you're responsible for the accuracy of what you post — real photos of the actual property, an honest price, and current availability. Listings that are duplicated, already rented/sold, or materially misleading may be removed without notice.

Acceptable use

• No fraudulent listings or impersonating a property owner you don't represent.
• No requesting payment through the platform before an in-person viewing.
• No scraping, bulk-downloading, or reposting listing data elsewhere without permission.
• No harassment of other users contacted through the platform.

Free owner tier

Individual owner accounts may have up to two active listings at no cost. Agent accounts, which unlock unlimited listings, require an application and manual approval — see our verification policy.

No liability for transactions

Any agreement, payment, or dispute between a seeker and an owner/agent is between those parties. Skyline Properties is not liable for losses arising from a transaction conducted off-platform, including through WhatsApp. Use the safety practices in our avoiding scams guide.

Account termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, including repeated listing violations or reports of fraudulent behavior.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.
