What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign in via one-time code — this is your account identity.
• Optional profile details you add yourself: name, phone number, bio, and business name.
• Listing details you submit if you list a property: property information and photos.
• A record of enquiries (WhatsApp/call clicks) logged against a listing, to protect both the seeker and the owner from disputes about whether contact was made.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

How we use it

Your information is used to operate the platform: authenticating you, displaying your listings or agent profile, connecting seekers with owners/agents, and reviewing reported listings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where your data lives

Account and listing data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication). Listing photos are stored with Cloudflare R2. When you click "WhatsApp owner" on a listing, you leave Skyline Properties and continue the conversation directly on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can update your name, bio, phone, and agent slug at any time from your dashboard settings. To request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
